Students and faculty who participate in the Schools for Water & Life in West Africa are given opportunities for further collaborative activities either through international exchanges or project support.

In 2020, one student and two faculty members from KNUST Ghana came to Switzerland for exchanges. Further information can be found under international exchanges.

In 2022, a call for project proposals initiated by participating NEWAL students was issued. The call aims to address water-related challenges in West Africa through partnerships with local NGOs and/or businesses. The most promising projects will receive small grants for implementation.
